Do you offer cruise ship or airport pickups?Yes, we can start or end your private tour at the cruise port or airport, provided it fits within the booked tour duration. This allows you to maximise your time in Auckland with a seamless experience tailored to your travel plans.

How do I book a tour?You can book our signature tours online with live availability and instant confirmation for groups of up to 3 people. For larger groups (4–11 people), bookings are subject to vehicle hire availability and confirmed within 24 hours—quotes remain valid for 48 hours. For custom tours, simply complete the enquiry form on our Custom Tours page, starting with your preferred tour duration. Once we understand how much time you have, we’ll design a personalised route around your interests. You’ll receive a tailored itinerary and secure payment link. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.

What’s included in the tour price?All tours include your private guide, comfortable transport, bottled water, and light snacks. We focus on the essentials so you can relax and enjoy the journey. Meals, attraction tickets, and gratuities are not included unless stated otherwise.

What should I bring?Our tours are a mix of driving and light walking, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and dressing for the weather. Essentials include a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a light rain jacket, and your camera or phone for photos. We provide bottled water and light snacks—just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure.

What kind of vehicle will we be in?For groups of up to three, you’ll travel in our private SUV—comfortable, air-conditioned, and perfect for exploring Auckland in style. Larger groups (4–11 guests) travel in premium hire vehicles such as the Mercedes Vito, Ford Tourneo, or Mercedes Sprinter, subject to availability. All vehicles are commercially licensed, insured, and selected for safety and comfort.

Do tours run in bad weather?Yes—our tours operate year-round, rain or shine. Auckland’s weather can change quickly, so we plan flexible itineraries and adapt as needed to keep things enjoyable. Unless there’s an official severe weather warning, we’ll make it work—after all, a little rain never stopped a great adventure.

Can children join the tour?Yes—children are welcome on all private tours. Please note we don’t offer a child rate, and New Zealand law requires an approved child seat for children under 7 years old. If you're travelling with young children, let us know their ages in advance—we can provide the car seat needed.

What is your cancellation policy?More than 7 days before your tour: Full refund Between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% refund Less than 48 hours or no-show: Non-refundable If we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances: Full refund We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to reschedule your tour if possible.
