Louise was really easy to deal with from the start — our emails back and forth were quick and made it simple to shape the day around what we wanted to see. She put together a west coast tour that included Piha Beach, the Arataki Visitor Centre and Kitekite Falls, but the real highlight was the gannet colony at Muriwai, which we wouldn’t have known about without her local knowledge.
